Information We Collect
Account details you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Usage data generated as you use the platform, including exam goals, test attempts, scores, accuracy, time taken, and progress across mock tests. Payment information when you purchase a paid plan — payments are processed by our payment partner, and Test Your Best does not store your full card or UPI credentials. Communications you send us, such as support requests, and your preferences for WhatsApp, SMS, or email updates.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, deliver mock tests, and generate the analytics and diagnostics (accuracy, percentile, rank, subject mastery) shown on your dashboard. To process payments for Premium plans and paid test series. To send service-related communications — test reminders, results, and account updates — by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when you have opted in to that channel. To maintain platform security, prevent abuse of the test-attempt system, and improve our content and product based on aggregate usage patterns.
Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell student data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations — our cloud database and hosting provider, email delivery service, payment processor, and (only for contacts who opt in) WhatsApp/SMS messaging providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Test Your Best, our students, or the public.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) between your browser and our servers, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, and access controls limiting who on our team can view student data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We may use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand how students use the platform so we can improve test content, navigation, and performance.
Your Choices & Rights
You can review and update your profile details from your account settings at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us at the email below. You can opt out of WhatsApp, SMS, or promotional email communications at any time — this will not affect service-critical messages like password resets or payment receipts.
Children's Privacy
Test Your Best is built for students preparing for competitive and academic exams and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves. We will update the "last updated" date below, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as an in-app notice or email).
