Accepting These Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Test Your Best, you confirm that you can form a legally binding agreement, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf if you are a minor. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account is for one individual student; sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted.
Using Test Your Best
The platform is provided for your personal exam-preparation use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or publish our test questions, explanations, or study material outside the platform, and not to use automated tools to scrape or extract content. We may suspend access for activity that disrupts the platform or violates these terms.
Test Integrity
Mock tests are timed, auto-graded, and designed to reflect the real exam experience. Attempting to cheat, share live answers with other students, or otherwise manipulate scores or rankings undermines the platform for everyone and may result in an attempt being invalidated or an account being suspended.
Payments & Subscriptions
Current pricing for Free and Premium plans is shown on our Pricing page and is billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Purchasing a paid plan unlocks the features described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Intellectual Property
All test questions, explanations, analytics, course material, and branding on Test Your Best are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for your personal exam preparation — no other rights are granted.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Test Your Best is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scores, percentiles, ranks, and other diagnostics are study tools meant to guide your preparation — they are estimates, not guarantees of your actual exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Your Best is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using Test Your Best and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in test-integrity violations, or misuse the platform, with notice where reasonably possible.
